Required Documents For The Visa Application 

Passport copy + UAE Residence Visa/Emirates ID – valid for 3+ months (PDF)

Confirmed return flight tickets (PDF)

Hotel bookings covering full stay, with contact info (PDF)

Bank statements – last 3 months (PDF)

Travel insurance – covers full travel period (PDF)

Invitation/guarantee letter (if applicable) – notarized/stamped

Visa fee receipt – AED 160 (above 14 yrs), AED 80 (below 14 yrs) (PDF)

Passport-sized photo (JPEG)

Employment letter – with position, salary, and status

Old visas (Schengen/UK/US/Canada) – if available (PDF)

All files are named properly (e.g., Ahmad Ali - Flight Ticket)

Border entry? Provide a Bus/Car/Train voucher (PDF)

 

Visa fee receipt – AED 160 (above 14 yrs), AED 80 (below 14 yrs) (PDF)

INTERNAL USE 

Required Documents For The Visa Application All documents must be sent to montenegrouae@mfa.gov.me

 1. Separate email for each applicant.

2. Your full name and passport number must be mentioned in the email subject.

3. Visa Application form full filled and signed with attached photo as a PDF Format. 

4. Colored Passport Copy valid for at least three months from the expected return date, with at least two blank pages along with UAE Residence Visa / Emirates ID for visa stamping as PDF Format in one attachment. 

5. Confirmed return flight ticket as a PDF Format match with the requested visa period. 

6. All hotel reservations/Confirmations in one PDF Format match with the requested visa period (Please make sure that hotel contact number / address is mentioned). 

7. Bank statements for the past three months as a PDF Format in one attachment. 

8. Travel healthcare insurance covers the period that you are staying as a PDF Format. 

9. Invitation letter if invited by legal entity (company) with company stamp, or guarantee letter if invited by individual (guarantee letter must be notarized). Note: Invitation letter usually relates for period of 365 days but approval is given for 91-180 days within 365 days (ex. 01.10.2022. until 30.09.2023).

10. Visa payment slips of AED 80 for applicants up to 14 years old and AED 160 for applicants above 14 years old as a PDF Format (Non-Refundable). 

11. Personal Picture in JPEG Format. 

12. Original letter from employer stating employment status, position, and salary. 

13. All Other supporting documents must be scanned properly if available in one attachment as a PDF format (example, expired Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, visa, and any other documents). 

14. All attachment must be named properly (Example - Ahmad Ali - Application form, Ahmad Ali - Hotel Reservation). 

15. Interview will be scheduled during visa processing at our embassy premises in Abu Dhabi. 

16. Visa processing time might take more than 28 days after the interview. 

17. Visa application submission must not exceed one month of your visa fee payment date. 

18. Make sure that all the attached documents are in (KB) not in (MB) 

19. If you are entering by Montenegro boarders kindly provide Bus-Car-Train voucher as pdf format

Important Notes


1. Visa section working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 2PM. (Contact the embassy only during office hours)

2. The visa validity dates (Starting Date: Expiry Date) is identical to the flight ticket & hotel booking dates which we receive in your visa application. 

3. Visa issuance can take up to 30 DAYS from the date your documents been submitted (Apply for your visa before one month of your planned journey). 

4. Don’t send any documents that are not required with your visa application. Enquiries about the visa status are allowed only if 15 days have passed. 

5. Enquiries about the visa status before 15 days of submission of documents will not be answered.

6. If your visa application gets rejected, you will be able to apply again after 6 months. 

7. Submission of any document that is fake, edited, or forged in anyway will lead to automatic cancelation of your visa application, without refunding the visa application fees, and the case will be reported to local authorities. 

8. Applying for a visa doesn’t guarantee the issuance of the visa, each visa application is subject to rejection if it doesn’t pass the Ministries & the Security Agency in Montenegro.
