Schengen visa from the UAE


The requirements for a Schengen visa from the UAE depend on your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for. Below are the general requirements for UAE residents applying for a Schengen visa:
 
Service fee AED 350/- including appointment
Visa fee AED 400/- (To be paid directly to the centre)
 
Mandatory Documents:
Original Passport – Valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages.
Valid UAE Residence Visa – Must be valid for at least 90 days beyond your return date.
 
NOC Letter – From employer, stating salary, designation, joining date, and travel purpose, addressed to the respective Consulate/Embassy.
 
Latest 6-Month Bank Statement – Online statement with a bank stamp or an original printed statement.
 
Supporting Documents for Business Owners:
Valid Trade License Copy – Proof of business ownership.
 
For Families:
Marriage Certificate – If travelling with a spouse.
Birth Certificate – Required for minor children.
 
For Business purpose:
Invitation Letter – From the respective company or person, stating the purpose, inviter’s details, and ID copy required.
 
Additional Requirements:
 
Family Details – Names and dates of birth of immediate family members.
UAE Residence Address – Including the date of residence.
Qualification details with date
Flight Ticket & Hotel Confirmation – Proof of travel arrangements.
Travel Insurance 
Covering Letter: Explaining purpose, itinerary, and duration of stay.
 
Processing Time: 15 working days
